Frame by Frame, in collaboration with Blackstone Studio, EDI Effetti Digitali Italiani, members of IPPP (Italian Post-Production Partners), organized the workshop ‘Creative and Financial Balance in VFX: How to Manage a Budget Without Surprises, from Concept to Delivery.’ Supported by ANICA and Unione Imprese Tecniche, the event was a significant opportunity to deepen the understanding of VFX processes, foster collaboration, and exchange know-how in the industry.

Featuring contributions from our VFX Producer, Virginia Cefaly, alongside Daniele Tomassetti, CEO of Blackstone Studio VFX, and Elisabetta Rocca, Head of Production at EDI, the workshop was enriched by the opening speech of President Francesco Rutelli.

The event was a valuable source of inspiration and knowledge exchange, offering participants new insights into achieving the delicate balance between creativity and financial planning in the world of VFX. The workshop was specifically aimed at key figures such as executive producers, general organizers, production managers, and post-production managers.
